However, with Exeter city centre and Exeter Airport only a few miles away and our local Pinhoe Train station (connected to city centre services) less than half a mile away, The Gipsy Hill Hotel is easily accessible whichever way you choose to travel.
From J29 of the M5 motorway: Turn right towards Exeter sign posted A3015. At the first roundabout turn right into Exeter Business Park. At the next roundabout turn right again sign posted Monkerton and Gipsy Hill, carry straight on into a country lane and the turning for the hotel will be on your right at the first crossroads
From Exeter City Centre: Follow signs for Honiton, A30 and the M5. Just after the signs for the Met office turn left at the first roundabout into Exeter Business Park (Sowton Industrial Estate is in the right). Turn right at the next roundabout signposted Monkerton and Gipsy Hill. Carry straight on through the business park into a little country lane and the turning for the hotel will be on your right at the first crossroads.
From Exeter Airport: Turn right onto the B3184 sign posted Clyst Honiton, A30 and M5. At the first roundabout (approximately 500 meters) take the A30 to Exeter exit. Proceed along the A30 which continues into the A3015 for about 1 mile. Turn right at the roundabout into Exeter Business Park (Sowton Industrial Estate is on the left). Turn right at the next roundabout signposted Monkerton and Gipsy Hill. Carry straight on through the business park into a little country lane and the turning for the hotel will be on your right at the first crossroads.
From Pinhoe Road Exeter: Go straight on towards Pinhoe passing Sainsbury's Superstore on your right. Carry on straight for 640 meters until you come to a double mini roundabout and follow the road along for 550 meters and you will see the sign for the hotel on the left.
From Pinhoe Train Station: Turn right out of the station. Carry on straight for 500 meters and the hotel will be on your left.
